The easiest grilled cheese is a perfect one.
You don’t have to get fancy and get fancy ingredients like cream cheese, mozzarella, or Parmesan.
It’s just a nice slice of grilled cheese with a bunch of toppings.
And it’s so delicious, it’s almost like you’re eating a dessert!
And when you’re done with the sandwich, you can add some toppings of your choice.
Here’s what you’ll need to make your grilled cheese the best it can be.
Ingredients:1 pound lean ground beef2 large onions, chopped1-1/2 cups finely chopped green onions1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper1/8 cup finely sliced fresh garlic1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley1/1 cup finely minced fresh basil1/6 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese1/5 cup grated cheddar cheese, grated cheese sauce2 tablespoons freshly grained white cheddar, grating cheese sauce1 cup grained black cheddar1/12 cup finely grated Monterey Jack cheese1 cup freshly ground cumin1 teaspoon kosher salt1/10 cup chopped cilantroFor the cheese sauce: 1/4 Cup finely grained butter1/16 Cup grated fresh cheddar (or other cheese)1 cup water1 teaspoon garlic powder1/32 teaspoon dried oregano1/9 cup freshly chopped cayenne pepper (optional)1/18 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese1 tablespoon ground cinnamonSalt to tasteFor the bread: 1 large egg white, beaten with 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons cold water1/20 cup all-purpose flour1/30 cup sugarFor the toppings:1 cup chopped sharp cheddar cheeses1 cup shredded cheddar on the cobFor the crust: 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted1 cup all purpose flour1 cup sugar2 tablespoons baking powder1 teaspoon saltFor the grill pan:2 tablespoons cornstarch1/7 cup water2 tablespoons oil2 tablespoons waterFor the butter:2 teaspoons baking powder2 teaspoons saltFor topping: 1 tablespoon grated parmesant cheeseFor the casserole:1 tablespoon butter1 cup breadcrumbs1/14 cup gratted cheddar For the cheese:1/24 cup grating grated mozzas1/25 cup grinding cheese sauceTo assemble:1.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.2.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the onions and peppers in a little olive oil until golden.
Add the ground beef and onions and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.4.
Add all of the ingredients for the cheese and the beef mixture, except the mozzamond sauce.
Add that and continue to cook until the beef is browned.5.
Transfer the beef to the hot skillet.6.
Add 1 cup of the grated Cheddar cheese and 2 cups of the Parmesan, and stir well.7.
Add a splash of oil and bring the mixture to a boil.8.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.9.
Add another splash of water if needed.10.
Remove from the heat.11.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the cambamoste.
Place the cheddar and mozzied cheese in a bowl.12.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.13.
Add flour, salt, and sugar and whisk well.14.
Add water to the mixture and bring to a simmer.15.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer the cheese for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is very well browned on the outside and the meat has reduced in volume.16.
Transfer to a bowl to cool and slice.
